My Story
I'm Natalia. I spent over 10 years in healthcare — working in emergency departments, open heart surgery, as a flight nurse, and later as a Cardiologist Nurse Practitioner. I loved my work, and I'd do it all again.
But somewhere along the way, I started to feel a different kind of powerless. My patients relied on me as the only person who could "fix" them — yet so many of the conditions I treated were preventable in the first place. The healthcare system is built to react. It's rarely built to prevent.
That question led me to epigenetics: the science of how your environment, your habits, and your daily choices shape the way your genes are expressed. Not a quick fix. Not a one-size-fits-all plan. Just your biology, understood — and used.
Why epigenetics?
Traditional genetic testing tells you what you were born with. It can't change. An epigenetic test tells you something far more useful: how your lifestyle — what you eat, how you sleep, how you handle stress — is actively shaping your biology, right now.
That's the part you can work with. That's bio-individuality: your body, your data, your path — not a generic protocol borrowed from someone else's biology.
